INTRODUCTION
One of the challenges for modern organization is shiftng from methods of scientific management, which has evolved from taylor's studies on improving productivity of manual workers, to new management approaches that address increasingly knowledge-intensive nature of work. knowledge work and knowledge workers are terms often used but seldom defined. despite diffrernt proposed definitions, there are no offcial agreed-upon defnitions and no standardised measures. according to peter Drucker (1999), “knowledge work” and “knowledge workers” and their productivity are the biggest challenges for organizations in the 21st century. Drucker (1998) defines knowledge-work as comprising those jobs in which incumbents work more with their heads rather than with their hands.
2- THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
Improving knowledge worker productivity is argued to be one of core knowledge management goals. in this paper, according to Drucker (1999), knowledge productivity was measured based on six key factors including task concentration, autonomy, innovation, continuous learning and teaching, quality and considering a knowledge worker as an “asset” rather than a ”cost”.

The aim of the research is to determine the concept of conflict, conflict management scope and approaches in managerial approaches based on Islamic view. To achieve the goal, content analysis has been used. Research data was collected from the books and articles in the context of management, human relations and organizational behavior reflecting Islamic view. A number of 19 books and articles that have been written after Islamic Revolution of Iran by both Iranian and international scholars were used for analysis. According to the findings of the study, in the managerial works which were based on Islamic view, the conflict scope had a wide range of concepts including three fields: conflict in thinking, conflict in speech, and conflict in behavior. The scope of conflict can also be categorized into four based on the people who are involved: interpersonal conflict, conflict within the group, conflict among groups and cross-cultural conflict. The methods of conflict management also include three general methods: preventing conflict, solving conflict and creating and using conflict.
